Do all orders come with a dust bag ?
All orders with a handbag will include a dust bag.
Any items listed NO RESTOCK will not include a dust bag
Wrong Address?
We are not responsible if your items are shipped to the wrong address. Please notify us immediately after ordering so we can change it if need be.

Do you offer wholesale ?
We would consider offering wholesale but when contacting us please send a DETAILED message about your store/location/social media links.
Do you offer purse repairs if I ever have an issue ?
All repairs are free of charge & only pertain
to handcrafted items anything in our Bat Collection
is designed by us but manufactured out of house
We do not have the exact fabrics on hand to repair the handbags so photos would need to be provided to see what is/if even possible that can be done on our part please send us an email at grimreapersglamour@gmail.com
Do you ship internationally ?
yes we do pricing for shipping will automatically calculate at checkout. The recipient of the package is responsible for all taxes, fees & custom duty fees that may apply

How do you get a PR box ?
Our first PR group was selected through a bunch of fellow mutuals via TikTok & Instagram. You are more than welcome to apply via email or DM. My only requirements are you are within the community of our target audience, post consistent content, have previously posted work with other small business & brands.

Do your spiderweb bags come with a crossbody strap?
yes our spiderweb bags & other handbags come with a crossbody strap this is stated in the product description of each handbag.
Are your bags made with real leather or fur ?
No all of our bags are made with fake leather, fur & vinyl. Our inside fabrics are nylon or waterproof canvas
Refunds & Exchanges
We are not responsible for lost, broken or stolen packages. Replacements cannot be sent.
Shipping overages if any, will be refunded within
24-48 hours.
Returns and exchanges are welcome unless it is a pre-ordered item or handcrafted item
