Ready to ship items

will be processed in 5-7 business days.

Orders outside the U.S

will be processed 14-21 business days.

(The recipient of the package is responsible for all taxes, fees & custom duty fees that may apply)

 

Do you offer buy now pay later?

Yes, for now we currently offer Klarna & Sezzle.

Ordering pre-orders with ready to ship items

Your ready to ship items will ship out first

then your pre-order with the date provided.

Refunds & Exchanges

We are not responsible for lost, broken or stolen packages. Replacements cannot be sent. 

Shipping overages if any, will be refunded within

24-48 hours.

Pre-orders

 Will have a specific ship date

that can be seen when adding the item to your cart.

Please be patient and give us the time stated to make and complete your handbag. 

If you forget the ship by date

its always listed on the product page description

of the item/items

you bought.

Multiple orders placed

We will combine orders but our standard shipping/processing times still apply.

Wrong Address?

We are not responsible if your items are shipped to the wrong address. 

Please notify us immediately after ordering so we can change it if need be.
